Glen joined Systematic in 1993 and has brought extensive construction and project management experience to the senior management team.
With knowledge of design, engineering, fabrication and construction, Glen has assembled an experienced project team to allow Systematic to become a total solution provider for customers on many industrial projects.
His leadership, technical expertise and experience have been essential in Systematics’ continued success.
Travis joined Systematic in 2008 with 19 years of industrial operation experience in the roles of maintenance, capital projects and production manager. He has been a driving force in shaping and developing internal professional construction management systems and a dynamic safety culture. Travis is motivated to ensure Systematic continues to internally develop a strong and vibrant core group of employees that deliver successful projects to multiple industry sectors.
Gary joined Systematic in 1998 with years of construction experience ranging from structural, civil and mechanical engineering, design and site supervision.
Jamie has spent the past 20 years in the heavy construction industry with systematic Industrial corp. Jamie Began his career as a laborer and had achieved his Journeyman millwrights ticket. Jamie’s exceptional organizational skills and communication skills have quickly advanced him to his current position as project manager
Former maintenance planner at one of the largest multi-product bulk terminals in North America, Gavin brings experience in planned shutdowns and mechanical works. With 2 years experience in construction, Gavin takes the role of project engineering, field supervision, and estimator.
Sophie graduated from the University of Victoria in 2020 with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics. Since joining Systematic in 2021, she has developed and honed her skills in construction management, both in the office and in the field. Sophie aims to apply her analytical nature and love of learning to continuously improve project lifecycles, from detailed engineering to tool selection onsite. Sophie takes on the roles of estimator, scope developer, project engineer, and onsite support.
Growing up on Southern Vancouver Island, Sophie spent time as an avid equestrian, musical theatre performer, and pianist. While living in the Okanagan, she spends much of her time outside of work at the ski hill, at the lake, or on her bicycle
Natasha brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Systematic team, having honed her skills in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, product development, academic research, and rocket engineering. As a Project Engineer and Mechanical EIT, she joined the team in 2021 and immediately made an impact with her exceptional organizational and technical abilities. When she's not working on innovative projects, Natasha can be found exploring the great outdoors, whether it's hitting the trails for a run or embarking on a backpacking adventure. Her passion for both her profession and personal pursuits make her a valuable asset to the Systematic team.
With 2.5 years of experience as a scheduler and project manager for one of Alberta's largest utility providers, Brad brings a wealth of resourcefulness, organization, and problem-solving skills to his role as project engineer, coordinator, and estimator at Systematic Construction. With a background in executing major projects in the oil and gas industry, Brad is well-suited to tackle the challenges of mill and mining projects. When not working, Brad, who hails from Jasper, Alberta, can be found enjoying the outdoors. He has a passion for skiing and ski-touring, mountain biking, hiking, and soccer. Recently, Brad has taken up woodworking, successfully completing a build of a teardrop trailer. He loves living in the mountains and being surrounded by nature.
Systematic's Quality Control (QC) program has the full support of management who will ensure that adequate resources, including competent personnel, are provided to implement our QC program. Our QC programs are registered with the BC Safety Authority, ABSA and Manitoba's Office of the Fire Commissioner. Systematics QC program is developed to CSA, CWB, ASME, and ANSI Standards.
