Systematic was responsible for the installation of a new veneer dryer at Louisiana-Pacific’s Golden operations.
Systematic completed a comprehensive Veneer Dryer Installation project, encompassing the installation of a state-of-the-art veneer dryer, a veneer grade, and a stacker line. Our experts meticulously commissioned the entire system, guaranteeing its seamless integration into Tolko’s Armstrong operations.
Systematic designed the layout and foundations for a new plywood press, completing construction on a 15 ft deep press pit and sheet pile perimeter. Additionally the team installed the new press and its associated in-feed and out-feed equipment.
Systematic was responsible for bringing new life to a used plywood press. This included redesigning the overall layout, applying alterations to the used press, and modifying the used in-feed/out-feed equipment and other associated elements. The final installation to ensure proper integration and functionality was also performed by our team.
An 11 day shutdown to replace an old A5 debarker with a new A8 debarker was executed.
