With a goal of increasing production capacity by 10% for the following year, Systematic was responsible for handling the upgrades and overall expansion of Cellar 7.
Project Highlights:
- Assisted on 5 main areas of work for expansion needs.
- Installed two (2) new 1500 hL combi-tanks along.
- Replaced Bright Beer Tank (BBT) for increased storage capacity.
- Upgrades to cooling and distribution systems, brew house, and plant power.
